Return Policy

At Valley Harvest, we take great pride in our commitment to customer service . As a customer, please be rest assured that your purchased products are of the finest quality brought to market. ·Customers must contact Valley Harvest prior to returning any products and get a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receipt if a return is desired. No return will be authorized after 7 days.

All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Please Read Our Policies on Shipping and Billing Prior to Contacting Our Office.There are absolutely NO exceptions to following policies.· Valley Harvest makes every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours or 2 business days, excluding weekends, and holidays.

We may delay shipping orders during inventory shortages, or increased order volume. However, if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Valley Harvest ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) for areas not covered by UPS (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). We will ship via USPS upon customer request to the continental U.S. Any additional charges will be added to the invoice. Declined credit cards will result in order delay or cancellation.

We accept Visa, and MasterCard only. You are welcome to pay for your merchandise by cashier’s check, money order, or personal check. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received.

Receiving Broken Merchandise - If you receive merchandise that is damaged please be aware that we do not replace merchandise for damage that occurs during transit. Please report all damaged merchandise to the UPS Claims Department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. UPS will pay you for merchandise damaged while in their care.

Items shipped via Priority mail are not insured, Valley Harvest will insure USPS packages upon customer request and customer expense. Valley Harvest recommends that customers track their packages during shipment.

If your product is delivered to the wrong address, or is lost by the carrier, tracking information will help in the recovery of the package. It is the responsibility of the carrier to locate merchandise in their care.

All sales are final for all products, unless caused by Valley Harvest’s mishandling of a customer's order. For customers that are unfamiliar with these products, we recommend ordering small quantities to test prior to making a large order.

Customers will be billed for all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee for all orders where delivery is refused by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions are made at our discretion.

Customers will be charged for merchandise that is shipped back to Valley Harvest because of an incorrect address (supplied by the customer).

Please report any missing merchandise or other errors in the fulfillment of your order within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, Valley Harvest will conclude that your order was completed accurately. No claims will be accepted after that time. A $25.00 fee will be charged on any returned check.
